I have worked hard over the last 6 months or so to lose 12 kgs. Tomorrow is the day I should achieve lifetime membership (again) at Weight Watchers. I’m determined to keep the weight off this time around but I’m not ready, just yet, to get rid of this…my pile of ‘fat’ clothes.
I have been inspired to share this evidence of my own ‘fat mentality’ after reading this thought provoking post from Becc at Take Charge Now. It truly resonated with me.
I know I should just get rid of them and I will.
When I’m ready.
