Musical Musings – Smooth Grooves

Sundays are a day of relaxation, aren’t they? Well they should be. Except mine never turn out that way.  I always have lots to do to get the family ready for the coming week. There’s washing and cleaning and ironing and lunch making and sorting which all need to be completed before the start of our work week.

But while I can’t have a true day of relaxation, I can enjoy some smooth, relaxing grooves to soothe me while I work. So sit back, grab a cuppa and enjoy my favourite smooth grooves.

Groove Theory – You’re Not The 1

Jamiroquai – Everyday

Outkast – The Way You Move

The Brand New Heavies – Mind Trips

Relaxed now? If my favourite smooth grooves haven’t done it for you, share your favourites with me. I would love to find some more to make my Sundays more bearable!

Spread the positivity!

Sara Smile (Rumer), Nothing’s Real But Love (Rebecca Ferguson) and anything by James Morrison and Sade.

    Sad I know…

Nothing sad about that at all Mark – we will compare ipod tracklists one day, I’m sure my 90’s boy bands and 70’s disco would rival anything on yours!
